I’m curious about why Korokoro Chikichiki Peppers were chosen to substitute for Reiwa Roman in the M-1 Tour. Considering they are stepping in for the two-time champions, I imagine there is a lot of pressure on them, but they didn’t even make it to the losers’ revival round in last year’s M-1, right? While I don’t intend
to complain about Korokichi stepping in, I can’t help but wonder if there were others who might have been more suitable. Additionally, I find it concerning that Nishino-san has silently shared a critical post about this matter. I am puzzled as to why he would do something that seems to lower his own standing. How do you all feel about this?

I recently heard the news that Korokoro Chikichiki Peppers will be substituting for Reiwa Roman in the M-1 Tour, and honestly, it made me think a lot. While Korokichi is indeed a funny duo, I question why they were chosen, especially since they didn’t even make it to the losers’ revival round last year in M-1. I love comedy and often watch stand-up and manzai, but I feel that sudden substitutions like this can be quite a complex issue. Perhaps Korokichi was just lucky to be available when other comedians were all booked. It’s a challenging time for planning family outings or trips, so this might have been a fortunate opportunity for them.
Nishino-san’s silent share
Also, it’s a bit concerning that Nishino-san has silently shared a critical post about this situation. I don’t understand why he would do something that seems to undermine his own reputation, which leaves me feeling a bit uneasy. Maybe he has his reasons, but from an outsider’s perspective, it seems a little strange. I have also felt pressure in the past when I had to step in suddenly for someone. There were times I thought, “Why me?” but on the flip side, those situations sometimes became opportunities for my growth. Korokichi might be experiencing something similar right now.
