Talk about Goku, Satan, and Family Finances
While chatting with friends, I recalled a line from Dragon Ball Super where Goten expressed, “If Mom could make Dad like Mr. Satan, our family finances would be easier.” Indeed, Goku has defeated Piccolo Daimao and received the Blue Star Medal, and teaming up with Mr. Satan and Majin Buu could bring in big bucks. It makes you wonder why he doesn’t go that route.
Piccolo’s Fame and Goku’s Personality
Recently, when I watched a superhero movie, I couldn’t help but laugh at how Piccolo is accepted as a city hero. It’s quite amusing to see him transform from a “villain” to a “hero” in the world of Dragon Ball. However, it seems that Piccolo’s fame might be fading a bit. Goku appears to be too carefree and seems disinterested in financial matters. He may leave the concern for family finances to smarter characters like Krillin or Bulma. For him, fighting and spending time with friends seem to take precedence above all else.
The Relationship between Satan and Buu
That said, teaming up with Satan and Buu seems like a surefire way to succeed in any business venture. Their combination is incredibly powerful, and it adds a lot of comedic elements! In fact, if Goku were to start something like that, it might lessen his connection to the gods. It would be a bit sad to see Goku lose his purity. Personally, I struggle with thinking about finances, but there are moments when I feel the need to work hard for my family. Ultimately, I want to prioritize “enjoying life” like Goku does. Sure, I’ve had moments of overeating and ended up with a stomachache, or arrived too early and had to wait, but those little missteps make life enjoyable, don’t they?
