Who Are the People Most Likely to Avoid Q&A Platforms? Exploring Perspectives and Insights

People Who Might Not Use Q&A Platforms

Recently, while chatting with friends, the topic of “Who do you think doesn’t use Q&A platforms?” came up. It’s an intriguing question, and we all started brainstorming different names. I found it amusing to imagine their professions and positions as I considered possible answers.

Various Perspectives

For instance, I think politicians like the
Prime Minister or cabinet ministers probably don’t use these platforms much since they have many experts around them. It’s hard to picture them saying, “Let me check Q&A platforms for answers.” Similarly, governors of different prefectures are likely to consult experts directly regarding local issues, as it’s faster and more reliable. What was interesting, though, was seeing names like the President of the University of Tokyo and the President of Keio University on the list. Imagining them asking questions on a Q&A platform feels quite strange. Of course, they might want to deepen their knowledge on certain topics, but it’s hard to envision university professors thinking, “Let’s ask online.”

A Parental Perspective

Personally, I believe that younger individuals, like Sota Fujii and Shohei Ohtani, might occasionally use Q&A platforms. Especially young athletes like them may have questions about life or health from time to time. However, considering their knowledge and experience, they might often turn to experts directly. Additionally, since I recently became a parent, I’ve found myself referencing Q&A platforms more for parenting tips. Dealing with issues like nighttime crying or weaning, the wisdom from experienced moms is incredibly helpful. Sometimes, I even laugh at unexpected advice. This is one of the joys of using such platforms.
