I’m curious about how the coverage from tabloid shows and gossip magazines affects his popularity. While I personally support Ohtani, I wonder if relentless media coverage might actually turn some people away. I remember when he moved to America, the sheer volume of information became overwhelming, and I found myself a bit fatigued by it. Speaking of which, I recall an experience at a sports bar with friends. Every time Ohtani hit a home run, the atmosphere was electric, and I couldn’t help but get excited. Yet, at the next table, I heard someone say, “It’s just another home run, right?” and I couldn’t help but chuckle. It was surprising to see that while he is adored by many, there are also such mixed reactions.
