I’ve been intrigued and have listened to various opinions, but to be honest, the multitude of perspectives can be quite overwhelming. In particular, comments like “only the women’s side is being highlighted” and “there’s no real issue, yet
they are overreacting” leave me feeling confused.
The Actions of the Perpetrators
Regarding the reasons why the perpetrators might opt for a settlement, as noted in user comments, it could be that if it escalates to a criminal case, it may affect not only their personal lives but also those around them. Working in the business world myself, I often ponder the potential consequences of such issues spiraling out of control—like damage to a company’s reputation or causing trouble for colleagues. However, if the perpetrator is truly innocent, I can’t help but think they should defend themselves. I understand that it’s easier said than done, but the desire to know the truth remains.
