You know, when I read the question about which gadget from Doraemon I would choose, I couldn’t help but smile. Doraemon has always been such a nostalgic
part of my childhood. It’s hard to pick just one gadget because each one brings a unique twist to life. However, if I had to choose, I would definitely lean towards the “Anywhere Door” (どこでもドア). Imagine a world where you could just step through a door and be transported to any destination you desire! No need for a passport, no long security lines at the airport, and definitely no layovers. I often find myself daydreaming about spontaneous trips to beautiful places — standing on a beach in Hawaii one moment and then exploring the streets of Paris the next. It sounds like a traveler’s dream, right? I can just picture myself arriving in a new city, a little too eager and perhaps too early, ready to indulge in the local snacks. You know how it is; the excitement of trying new foods sometimes leads to overindulgence! But then again, the “Time Cloth” (タイム風呂敷) is a close second.
