Can you tell me which anime you have decided to continue watching this season?
Anime Season Picks: What I’m Watching This Season
Hey there, fellow anime lovers! Hope you’re all doing well. As the leaves start to change and fall settles in, it’s that glorious time of year again—the new
anime season is upon us! I wanted to share what I’ve decided to continue watching this season, and maybe even get a few of you to jump on board with me! Let’s dive into my picks, shall we?
Confirmed Favorites
First off, let’s talk about the ones that I’m absolutely committed to finishing this season. Topping the list is none other than Boku no Hero Academia: Final Season. I mean, come on! Who doesn’t want to see how Deku and the gang wrap up this epic saga? The stakes are higher than ever, and I just can’t get enough of the action and emotional moments that this series always manages to deliver.
Next up is Fumetsu no Anata e (To Your Eternity) Season 3. This series has been a wild ride from the start. It’s one of those shows that hits you right in the feels. If you haven’t seen the previous seasons, I highly recommend you catch up. The storytelling is just phenomenal.
And let’s not forget about a classic—Ranma ½ (Season 2). Ahh, the nostalgia! I remember watching this with my family back in Osaka. It’s all about the hilarious shenanigans and that classic 90s charm. I adore the quirky humor, and it’s like a warm hug coming back to it after all these years.
Then there’s Higashijima Tansaburo Wants to be Kamen Rider. This one surprised me with its blend of comedy and heartfelt moments. If you’re a fan of tokusatsu, you’ll definitely appreciate the references and nods to the genre. It’s just so fun!
Alright, I can’t forget One Punch Man (Season 3). Saitama is back, and I can’t help but chuckle every time he takes down a monster like it’s just another day at the office. The absurdity of it all just cracks me up! And can we talk about the animation? Top-notch as always, and I’m curious to see where the story goes next.
Finally, I’m also watching Magical Girl Madoka Magica. I know it’s not a new release, but rewatching it always brings back a flood of memories. The twists and turns in this series never cease to amaze me, and the emotional depth is just… wow. It’s a rollercoaster ride that I’m always willing to hop back on.
Still on the Fence
Then there’s Wailing Ghosts Want to Retire (Part 2). I’ve enjoyed the first part, but the pacing in this next installment seems a little off. I’m hoping it picks up again because the concept is just too good to let go.
And let’s not forget about the ever-popular SPY×FAMILY Season 3. This one’s a mixed bag for me. I love the balance of humor and action, but sometimes I feel like it drags a bit. Still, the character dynamics are what keep me coming back, especially the adorable interactions between Anya and her adoptive family.
As for Shuumatsu Touring and SANDA, I’m trying to see if they deliver that spark that pulls me in. The premises are interesting, but I have a feeling I might end up dropping them if they don’t grab my attention soon. You know how it is—too many shows, too little time!
Then there’s DIGIMON BEATBREAK. I was a huge fan of the original Digimon series, so seeing this new iteration is like a nostalgic trip for me. However, I’m still trying to figure out if it captures that same magic. I mean, it’s Digimon—can you really go wrong? But I’m apprehensive!
What I’m Keeping My Eye On
Now, I’ve also got a few titles that I’m super curious about, like 3年Z組銀八先生 (3rd Year Class Z Ginpachi Sensei). I’ve heard whispers about how wacky and hilarious it is, and I’m ready for some good laughs. I mean, who doesn’t love a great school comedy?
And Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl has been getting some buzz lately. I’m intrigued by how it intertwines with the original series, and I’m hoping it brings a satisfying conclusion to the storyline. Fingers crossed!
Lastly, I’m tentatively adding The Eternal Evening to my watchlist. The art style caught my attention, and I’m all about a good fantasy escape. I’ll have to see if it lives up to the hype.

So there you have it—my anime watchlist for this season! It’s always a mix of excitement and a little anxiety as new titles drop and we try to figure out what’s worth our time.
