Who Was the Strongest Idol of the 90s?
Hello everyone! Talking about idols is always fun. Especially the idols from the 90s, who still bring back so many memories. Hirose Ryoko certainly represents that era, but there were many other captivating figures as well.
Nishida Hikaru’s Charm
I
was a fan of Nishida Hikaru. Her warm personality really came across even on television. She always had a cheerful smile, making viewers feel welcomed and at ease. I believe her likability contributed to her having few detractors. However, Hirose Ryoko certainly holds her own. Her words “Aishitemasu” still resonate with me. Particularly, “Maji de Koi suru 5 Byou Mae” is truly a cherished memory of youth!
The Rise of Morning Musume and the 80s Debut Stars
Then, Morning Musume emerged in the late 90s and quickly gained immense popularity. Their energy back then was incredible! I have fond memories of singing their songs at karaoke with friends. I remember us passionately singing “LOVE Machine” and having a blast; it brings back such nostalgia! Of course, the 80s debut stars like Nakayama Miho and Koizumi Kyoko are also special figures. Especially Nakayama Miho’s “C’mon, Let’s go” is a classic! Those songs still tug at my heartstrings when I hear them today.
The Present of Idols and Nostalgic Memories
Recently, I’ve seen news about idols, and sometimes the topic of drug testing comes up. Hearing such news makes me a bit worried as a fan. I just wish for their health and happiness. Speaking of memories, there was a time when I went to an idol concert with friends and we arrived too early. We ended up spending the waiting time at a fast-food restaurant, and I remember overeating fries and feeling uncomfortable. That funny story still makes me laugh today.
