Question from a reader:
I was rear-ended and suffered whiplash, and I’ve been visiting a chiropractic clinic and an orthopedic clinic without being hospitalized. It’s been five months since I started treatment, but I haven’t received any communication from the other party’s insurance company about stopping coverage. I think there should be more communication, but why haven’t I heard from them?
