I’m struggling with the topic of online casinos. A friend from college told me, “It’s not illegal to transfer money from an overseas account to play at an online casino,” but is that really true? If it is illegal, shouldn’t that friend be arrested as well? Would arresting all the people who say such things resolve the issue?
