Present Mic’s Billboard Ranking Explained: Does It Mean He’s No Longer a UA Teacher in My Hero Academia?

I have a question about Present Mic from My Hero Academia. I don’t think UA teachers would be on the Billboard charts, but in volume 42, Present Mic is ranked No. 45. Does this mean that he has stopped being a UA teacher? Please let me know!
