Understanding Osaka’s Curfew Laws for Minors: The Reality of High School Students’ Nighttime Activities

Please tell me about the regulations in Osaka Prefecture. I heard that those under 18 are prohibited from going out between 11 PM and 4 AM, but what about high school students who are 18 or older? Is there a possibility of being taken into custody? Also, is it okay if they have parental permission?
