I’ve heard that if Mizuhara Ippei gets out of the piggy bank, he will have to return 2.5 billion yen to Otani Shohei. I think it’s impossible to pay back such a large amount of money. Is there a way to use the statute of limitations so he doesn’t have to pay it back?
