Question from a reader:
Please tell me about civil lawsuits. For example, if someone injures another person, does a civil lawsuit determine whether that act was intentional or negligent? Additionally, if the injured party claims they were intentionally harmed, but the court finds it was not intentional, can they be counter-sued for damages by the other party?
