Understanding Anby and Silver Soldier Anby: Are They Clones or Sisters in Zenless Zone Zero?

I’m a bit confused about the characters in Zenless Zone Zero. Are Anby and Silver Soldier Anby the same person, or are they clones? I used to play Honkai Impact 3rd, but I never really understood why there are so many versions of Kiana.
