Why hasn’t Masahiro Nakai been arrested? I’m not well-versed in the law, but is it because a settlement has been reached? I’ve heard that the victim has lifted confidentiality and shared everything with a third-party committee. On the other hand, it seems that Nakai hasn’t responded to this matter.
