Question from a Reader:
What score would you give to Sasaki Roki’s performance today?
My Thoughts on Sasaki Roki’s Performance
I recently watched Sasaki Roki’s MLB debut! His pitching definitely had a lot of thrilling moments. Initially, I was nervous, thinking, “I wonder how this will go?” Even though he managed to keep the score to one run over three innings,
those consecutive walks were a bit concerning. It must have been incredibly nerve-wracking for him in his first official game.
My Rating: Around 65 Points
If I were to give a rating, I would say around 65 points. I was surprised when I heard some commentators giving him a “100.” While it’s impressive to be the second pitcher for the Dodgers at just 23 years old, I felt like I wanted to view it with a bit more calmness. Those consecutive walks made me a bit anxious, and I couldn’t help but think, “Is he going to be okay?”
Looking Forward to the Next Game!
Considering the nerves of his debut, I’m really looking forward to his next game. We, as fans, are excited to see how he will continue to grow. Above all, witnessing his development is the most enjoyable part. I also love watching baseball, especially with commentary that adds a comedic touch. It’s fun to watch with friends and discuss moments like, “That play was hilarious!” or “That player’s expression was the best!” If you have any funny stories or memorable moments from your baseball watching experience, feel free to share them in the comments! Lastly, let’s all cheer for Sasaki in his next game! I can’t wait to see what kind of performance he will deliver.
