Question from readers:
Who do you think will be the next manager of Yakult? Names like Miyamoto and Furuta have been mentioned, but what are your thoughts?
Thoughts on the Next Yakult Manager
Recently, there has been a lot of discussion about who will be the next manager of Yakult. With names like Miyamoto and Furuta being thrown around, I’ve also
considered this matter. I can definitely see the point that Katsu Stone’s movements will be key in this situation.
Aoki and Katsu Stone’s Relationship
I believe Aoki has the qualities needed to be a manager. However, considering that Katsu Stone is older, it might be a bit challenging for him to take on the role. There are many instances where age difference and experience can have an impact. If Aoki declines the position, there’s a chance that Ogawa GM might return. He has extensive experience on the field and maintains good relationships with the players. This scenario opens the door for Miyamoto to return to the field as the second team manager.
My Predictions
In my personal opinion, Aoki seems to be the most likely candidate. However, I can’t overlook Ikeyama and Shima either. Ikeyama, in particular, has a wealth of experience as a player and a solid track record as a coach. Manaka is also a good candidate; he understands the players’ feelings and has the ability to unite the team.
Fun Memories and Manager Candidates
Looking back, I remember going to a Yakult game with friends. The atmosphere at the stadium was fantastic, and we ended up buying too many snacks at the concession stand during the game. I still remember my friend laughing and saying, “I didn’t plan on eating this much!” I’m excited to see how the potential candidates will lead the team. In conclusion, what do you think about the next Yakult manager? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. I’m looking forward to hearing your predictions and memories!
