New Character Possibilities in Precure: Office Workers and College Students Join the Magic

Reader’s Question:
Do you think we might see office worker or working adult characters in the Precure series on Sunday mornings? Since we had a vocational student in “HiroPuri,” it seems like it wouldn’t be too surprising if we start seeing college students or working adults in the main series.

Exploring New
Characters in Precure

You know, as a fan of the Precure series, I can’t help but get excited about the possibilities for new characters. The idea of seeing office workers or even college students as part of the main cast is intriguing! It would definitely add a fresh twist to the show. I mean, just think about it—a team of magical girls who also have to juggle their day jobs or classes while saving the world! I remember when I first watched “HiroPuri,” and seeing a vocational student included made me think about how relatable that was. It’s like they’re acknowledging that there’s a whole world beyond just elementary school life. I think if they introduce an adult character, it could bring in some really funny dynamics, especially if they have to explain their magical adventures to their boss or co-workers. Can you imagine the awkwardness of trying to keep a secret identity while dealing with office politics? And then there’s the character of Cure Earth, Kazune Asumi, who is already 20. That’s a step in the right direction! It would be kind of cool if they brought in a character who is a self-employed person or perhaps a teacher. I mean, teachers have such a special role in the lives of kids, and they could naturally fit into the group without it feeling forced. Plus, can you picture the hilarious moments when the kids think their teacher is just a boring adult, only to find out she’s a magical girl on the weekends? Gold! Now, I have to admit, sometimes I arrive too early to watch the latest episodes, snacks in hand, ready to indulge. There’s something about settling in with a bowl of popcorn, waiting for the magic to unfold on screen, that makes it all the more exciting! I might even go a little overboard with the snacks, but hey, what’s a little munching during a magical battle, right? I’d love to hear what you all think! Do you have any ideas for characters you’d like to see in Precure? Maybe you have your own funny experiences with the series? Drop your thoughts in the comments—I’m all ears!
