strange that there is more noise after a settlement has been reached. In such situations, I can understand the desire to retaliate. If I were in the same position, I might also find it hard to remain silent. It’s natural to become emotional. However, what I felt here is that in these situations, the issue often becomes less about “who is right” and more about “who is raising their voice.” Because Nakai-san is a national star, his counterattack draws even more attention, which could potentially worsen the situation.
The Conflict Between Law and Emotion
From a legal standpoint, Nakai-san’s counterattack can be seen as a “natural action to protect his honor.” However, how the general public perceives this is a different matter.
