I remember a time when I went out drinking with friends and suggested a place that had a sketchy vibe. In the end, we had a great time together, which turned into a good memory, but I recall feeling like we were lured in by some sort of trick. In that sense, Nakai’s invitation seems almost like a “scam tactic.”
Disguising with a Sense of Safety
Especially when you think about how he initially organized a drinking party with multiple people and then said something like, “Let’s talk a bit more,” before inviting her to his apartment—it’s just too clever!
