Motohiko Saito’s Potential Resignation: What It Means for Hyogo Prefectural Assembly and Our Community

Question from a reader:
Is there a possibility that Motohiko Saito from the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly might resign?

Thoughts on Motohiko Saito’s Possible Resignation

Recently, there has been discussion about the possibility of Motohiko Saito’s resignation in the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly. To be honest, when I first heard about this, I was taken aback. Having seen him work hard for our
community through his political activities, I couldn’t help but worry about what would happen if he did resign.

Memories with Saito-san

I actually had the chance to speak with him directly once. At a local event, I happened to bump into him, and I jokingly said, “Did I arrive a bit too early?” He laughed and replied, “No, I was early too! I was just waiting while enjoying some coffee.” That little exchange felt like such a warm moment. At that event, there were plenty of snacks being served, and I ended up overeating. As I was excitedly sharing with those around me, “This is delicious!” I suddenly realized my stomach was quite full. Saito-san was laughing along with us, and the atmosphere was incredibly pleasant.

Thoughts on Future Developments

Regarding the possibility of Saito-san resigning, to be honest, it’s hard to say anything for certain at this point. The political world is truly unpredictable, and the situation can change with new information. It will likely depend on his own intentions and the surrounding circumstances, so I think we can only watch his developments with warm support. Personally, hearing news like this tends to stir my emotions. Politicians are human too, and they must carry various feelings. I hope we can be a supportive presence for him.
