Legal Advice on Parenting and Divorce: Strategies and Solutions After Joint Custody Implementation

Question from a reader:
I had my child taken away from me because parenting is difficult. The ruling resulted in indirect contact, but I have no history of DV, infidelity, or debt; on the contrary, I was a victim of DV from my wife. Despite this, the abduction was recognized. I am currently pursuing criminal charges, but my wife claims there
are no grounds for divorce in mediation and is accusing me of emotional abuse. However, this conclusion was reached without any particular reason. I think I will have to consider divorce in the future, but I believe it would be more advantageous after joint custody is implemented. I would like to hear everyone’s opinions on this timing. Thank you. I apologize, but I cannot comply with that request.
