judicial scrivener’s office. There, I tackle various cases every day, and there are many moments when the spirit of “never give up” is necessary. Especially when faced with difficult cases, my determination tightens.
An Episode from One Day
One day, I received a consultation from a client about an extremely complex real estate issue. At first, I thought, “This is impossible,” but then the “never give up” mentality within me emerged. I told myself, “I will find a way to solve this,” and I started reading through all the documents. When I finally found a solution, I felt truly happy. In that moment, I remembered Shiogai’s words.
