Tachibana is still energetically active. He is currently running for
the Chiba Prefecture gubernatorial election, and his stance remains unchanged. While his activities can sometimes stir controversy, that is also part of his appeal. There are aspects of his conduct that resemble those of a nuisance YouTuber, but many enjoy it as entertainment. I am one of those people. His humor and boldness often bring a smile to my face.
Tachibana as Entertainment
Many people perceive Tachibana’s activities as “useless,” but I appreciate his entertaining side. It’s true that his stance divides opinions, and there are legal issues to consider. However, I believe there is value in the entertainment his activities provide. He often surprises us with his remarks and actions. I remember seeing him giving a street speech that made bystanders laugh; I couldn’t help but smile as well.
Personal Reflection
However, supporting such activities makes me reflect on my own position. While I enjoy Tachibana’s activities, I also need to consider what lies behind them, including legal perspectives. As someone working part-time at a judicial scrivener’s office, I must maintain a heightened awareness of legal matters.
