Reflecting on Three-Member Vocal Groups

Recently, I had an engaging conversation with a friend about “Who are some famous three-member vocal groups?” After thinking it over, TM NETWORK, ALFEE, and Perfume came to mind. In particular, TM NETWORK’s “Namida no Binbou” evokes a sense of nostalgia every time I hear
it. I remember belting out the chorus together with friends during karaoke nights. Back then, we would get excited over what songs to sing and compete over who could sing the best.

Memories of Tanokin Trio

And we can’t forget about Tanokin Trio! Listening to their songs immediately brings back memories of those nostalgic dramas and TV shows. As a child, I would sit next to my parents while they watched television, munching on snacks and humming along to their songs. “Sneaker Blues” was particularly fun, as we would all dance together.

The Charm of ALFEE and Perfume

ALFEE’s live performances are incredibly powerful, and I was truly moved when I attended one with friends. Their harmonies resonate with me no matter how many times I hear them. On the other hand, Perfume’s performances are always stylish and captivating. Their dance routines are simply amazing! I often feel like joining in on the rhythm, but sadly, my body can’t keep up (laughs).
