Recently, there’s been a lot of buzz about Endo Sakura from Nogizaka46. While she appears modest and quiet, many people seem interested in her actual personality. I am one of them, and I’ve been thinking about her charm.

Even though it’s been six years since she joined, imagining her standing quietly in a less
crowded space certainly gives off a modest and gentle impression. However, when I consider the fact that she auditioned to become a male idol, I am amazed by her determination. Being selected from tens of thousands is no easy feat. It is likely her inner strength and assertiveness that have brought her to where she is now. I remember when I started working part-time at a judicial scrivener’s office. At first, I was nervous and struggled to communicate with my colleagues, spending my early hours simply focusing on my work while sipping on coffee. Yet, as I gradually opened up to those around me, I became able to express my opinions. This experience made me realize that even with a modest personality, having inner strength and assertiveness can pave the way for success.
A Natural Presence That Commands Respect
Someone like Endo, who naturally commands respect and attention from others, is incredibly appealing. Even if she isn’t the type to step forward, those around her may be drawn to her charm, ultimately leading her to become an idol who walks the “royal road.” I often find that when I’m with my friends, they tend to support me as well.
