As a legislator, I believe it is crucial to have a firm opinion and to be able to express it publicly. Simply borrowing information from external sources does not allow for true leadership to shine through. I honestly wonder what motivates him to continue as a legislator. While there are certainly issues with biased reporting by the media, it is essential that the legislator clearly defines their own position.
Actions of Tachibana and the Role of Media
Recently, the actions of Tachibana during a press conference have been praised as courageous by the people of Hyogo. However, I also think that if the media were functioning properly, there would have been no need for him to leak information. The current lack of neutrality in the media raises questions about how it affects politicians and their activities.

Whenever I think about politics, I am reminded of the discussions in my university classes. As students fervently exchanged opinions, I had my own thoughts but struggled to voice them.
