Enhance Your Bedtime Routine with Asakura Minami: Tips for Relaxation and Sweet Dreams

Question from a reader:
Is it almost bedtime? To help you sleep well, I’ll share a picture of Asakura Minami in the morning.

Good Night and the Charm of Asakura Minami

Recently, I’ve made it a routine to think about what I do during my relaxation time before bed. I particularly enjoy calming my mind and preparing for sleep while watching
interesting images or videos. One evening, a friend sent me a picture of Asakura Minami. Seeing her slightly chubby face made me chuckle. Of course, I couldn’t help but joke, “Good night, Gu— it’s not Itou Asako, is it?”

Communication with Family

Having kids turns the nighttime routine into a major event. Bathing them, reading picture books, and finally getting them to sleep is quite the task. In those moments, sharing a simple “Good night” is heartwarming. I can gradually feel my child’s growth, and there are moments when I think, “I think they’ll sleep well tonight.” By the way, I was surprised to hear that my father and brother graduated from the University of Tokyo. I might have taken ballet classes in college, but I’m not particularly smart, so I can’t help but admire them in my heart. Hearing stories like this gives a fascinating insight into my family’s background and offers a new perspective.

Bedtime Ritual

Now, about my nighttime ritual. After saying good night, a yawn comes out, and I’m all set for sleep! I love this moment. My heart feels warm, and while I think about tomorrow, there’s a sense of reassurance that envelops me. Ah, I wish everyday life could be like this forever. What about you? What do you think about before you sleep, or what routines do you have? If you have any interesting episodes or tips for relaxation, please share them in the comments! Let’s welcome a wonderful night together. Good night!
