Question from a reader:
Will Hanshin Tigers’ Kudo Taisuke perform as a reliever this year?
Thoughts on Hanshin Tigers’ Kudo
Hello everyone! Recently, there’s been a lot of talk about Hanshin Tigers’ Kudo Taisuke. I’m curious if he will shine as a reliever this year. As a Hanshin fan, I have high hopes for his growth. In fact, not too long
ago, I went to Koshien with a friend, and we discussed Kudo. My friend mentioned, “He might be in the second team, but he’s doing well, so I want to see him in the first team.” I agreed. It’s understandable that the manager is contemplating how to utilize him given the depth of the first team’s bullpen. However, it’s exciting to hear that Manager Fujikawa Kyuji is a fan of Kudo! This might increase his chances of making an impact in the first team.
Memories of Koshien
When I went to Koshien, I ended up overindulging in delicious fried foods and snacks sold around the stadium before the game. The fried chicken, in particular, was amazing! During the match, I remember feeling a bit too full to cheer enthusiastically. While it’s always fun to get excited with fellow fans, I did reflect on that moment. However, once the game started, my excitement grew as I imagined Kudo taking the mound. It’s thrilling to think about seeing him pitch. I’m eagerly waiting for the day I can watch him in action.
