Hey everyone, how are you doing? Recently, Shokotan’s gaming controversy has been a hot topic. When I first saw
the news, I was a bit surprised, and it also made my heart ache a little. I can really relate to the feeling that she should have just said it was a “gift from a friend” from the start. There was a time when I planned a surprise for a friend’s birthday party, and I arrived too early, ending up being the first one at the venue. In my mind, I thought, “Surprise success!” but in reality, I just became the overly eager guest, sitting alone and eating snacks while waiting for everyone else to show up. It’s an embarrassing memory. I wonder if Shokotan felt something similar? The reason she might have hidden the truth could be that she wanted to protect her image and meet the expectations of those around her. However, if she had been honest, fans might have shown more understanding, and her favorability could have actually increased. Ultimately, the truth tends to come out eventually, so I believe it’s important to be honest. I know I’ve gone off on a tangent, but do you have any similar experiences?
