Recently, I was discussing this topic with friends. When it comes to Donald Trump
and Taylor Swift, who has more global recognition? Hearing their names brings back various episodes to mind.
Global Recognition
First, when we look at global recognition, I honestly feel that Trump has a slight edge. He carries the title of former president and frequently appears in the news, so many people are aware of him, regardless of their interest in politics. On the other hand, Taylor is also a music superstar and enjoys immense popularity, especially among younger generations. Personally, I often listen to her songs while doing housework. Once I get into the rhythm, I can’t help but dance a little (laughs).
Recognition in Japan
Now, what about recognition in Japan? This is also quite interesting. In my opinion, Taylor Swift may be more recognized. Her songs are frequently played in Japan’s music scene, and her concerts are a huge success. I once attended one of her live shows with friends, and I was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm of the fans!
