The laughter and casual exchanges from those times can become treasured memories. However, recording requires permission, and it can feel a bit awkward to ask. I can imagine Nakai-san might have felt similarly.

According to legal experts, if Nakai’s side had obtained permission to record during the hearing, there wouldn’t have been a need to request the audio data. It does seem to evoke a sense of regret.
