Reader’s Question:
I’m curious about what the world looks like after Deku and the others from My Hero Academia grow up. Who becomes the No. 1 hero?
Imagining the Future of My Hero Academia
You know, I’ve been thinking a lot about the world of My Hero Academia and what it might
look like after Deku and his friends grow up. It’s such a fascinating universe, filled with all these incredible quirks and the struggles of becoming a hero. So when I came across someone mentioning that Mirio (or should I say, “Mirio Togata”) could be the No. 1 hero, I found myself nodding in agreement. I mean, who wouldn’t love to see that bright smile and confidence leading the hero ranks?
The No. 1 Hero: Mirio
Mirio just has that effortless charm, doesn’t he? It’s like he’s always ready to jump into action with that goofy, yet sincere demeanor. I can picture him, years down the line, standing tall as the No. 1 hero, inspiring a new generation with his unshakeable resolve and belief in others. Remember that time when he went all out to save Eri? That moment was so heartwarming—it really showed how much he cares. It makes you wonder how many kids he’ll influence with that level of compassion.
Focus on Shoto and Mount Lady
And then there’s Shoto. With his powerful ice and fire abilities, it’s hard to imagine him not being in the top ranks. Seeing him grow into his own would be amazing, especially after all the struggles he faced with his family. I can almost hear him cracking jokes now, sharing laughs with Deku and the others about how he’s come so far. And let’s not forget Mount Lady! She’s got that fierce attitude and charisma that draws everyone in. I love the idea of her holding down the third spot—can you imagine her giving motivational speeches to aspiring heroes? It would be a riot!
Personal Connections and Reflections
Thinking about these characters growing up really hits home for me. Like, when I was a kid, I had my own set of heroes—those goofy stand-up comedians who could turn a mundane day into something special. I remember one time I showed up way too early to a comedy show, thinking I’d get the best seats, only to end up munching on way too many nachos and laughing at the ridiculousness of it all. Sometimes, those little quirks in life make the best stories! As I reflect on my own path to fatherhood, I can’t help but relate to heroes like Deku, who balance their dreams with responsibilities. It’s a challenge, but there’s something beautiful about it, right? Watching your child grow, seeing the world through their eyes—it’s like being in a live-action anime filled with laughter and occasional chaos. So, what do you think? Who do you see as the future heroes in My Hero Academia? Any personal stories or experiences you’d like to share? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
