Recently, I received a question about the future developments of the show. Honestly, I have some expectations, but I also feel a lingering sense of uncertainty. Whether it’s due to the quality of the script, the developments can sometimes
be unclear, leading me to scratch my head in confusion.
The Source of Uncertainty
The other day, while discussing the show with a friend, we found ourselves divided over the question, “What was the point of that scene?” My friend said, “I can’t see any character growth,” and I resonated with that sentiment. Particularly, because the backstory of certain characters is rarely depicted, there are many moments where I find it hard to understand their actions. As a viewer, I wish they would delve a bit deeper. Moreover, while the show occasionally features unexpected developments, it’s frustrating that these moments don’t lead to emotional engagement. For instance, during a crucial scene, I was startled by a sudden twist and thought, “Wait, how did it come to this?” However, the subsequent explanation felt lacking, leaving me with that same sense of uncertainty.
A Mix of Expectations and Concerns
I’m truly curious whether these issues will be resolved going forward. As the story progresses, I hope to gradually understand the intentions of the scriptwriter. To be honest, there’s a mix of high expectations and anxiety. If the developments continue to be unclear, there’s a risk that viewers might lose interest. While it’s exciting to see my favorite works evolve, I occasionally feel anxious too. I particularly want to avoid situations where a beloved show loses momentum, which is why I hope the script will be given the attention it deserves.
