Hayashi Osamu’s Entry into the Entertainment Industry
I’ve been thinking about Hayashi Osamu recently. He entered the entertainment industry in 2013. It’s quite surprising to learn that he started his activities as a talent after joining Watanabe Entertainment. The moment we got to know
him was definitely through the “Ima desho!” commercial. That phrase is so memorable that it’s easy to find yourself humming it.
Behind the Scenes of That Commercial
The success of that commercial wasn’t just by chance. He himself didn’t actively pursue a career in entertainment; rather, he built his current status as a result of receiving an offer. When I think about it that way, life really is mysterious. It makes me excited to think that unexpected opportunities might come my way, too. Speaking of which, I recently told my child, “Ima desho!” and they laughed so hard. Children’s reactions are always fresh and amusing. Borrowing his words, the kids’ responses are precisely “Ima desho!” as well.
